How far do you travel?

Up to 75 miles from downtown Fort Worth. Travel is free within 30 miles, $25 from 30 to 50 miles, and $50 from 50 to 75 miles.

Are you licensed to fly a drone?

Yes. I am FAA Part 107 certified. Drone work still depends on airspace, weather and safe conditions on the day, and if it cannot fly safely or legally, it does not fly.

How I see a room.

I danced with Texas Ballet Theater for fifteen years, which is mostly a long lesson in where the eye goes and where the light lands. I picked up a camera during COVID to film the company's virtual productions. Getting my real estate license changed how I shoot. I cover a house the way a buyer walks through it, hold the windows and the daylight instead of blowing them out, and I know which frame has to lead the MLS gallery.
